Our Exam Schedule
Exams are held on the last Saturday of each month, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Q1: How do I register for the TEF Canada exam?
You can register in two ways:
(1) Online: Complete our official form at https://register.tef.mlicanada.ca/ — fill in your personal information and upload a copy of your ID (passport).
(2) In person: Visit our campus and speak with our administrative team.
Q2: What documents do I need?
A valid government-issued photo ID (passport or driver’s license).
Q3: How do I pay?
All exam fees are payable in CAD. Our team will guide you through payment after your registration is received.
Q4: Can I cancel my registration?
Yes.
Up to 15 days before the exam: non-refundable admin fee of CAD $100, remainder refunded.
Less than 15 days: no refund.
How to cancel: Send an email to tef@mlicanada.ca with your full name, exam date, contact method and reason.
Q5: Can I transfer to a different date or campus?
Yes, up to 15 days before the exam, and a CAD $100 administration fee will be charged. No transfer after this deadline.
Q6: When will I receive my results?
Approximately 2–4 weeks after the exam.
Digital certificate sent via secure encrypted email. No paper certificate.
Q7: What does my certificate include?
Scores per module: 0 to 699, with corresponding CEFR level A1 to C2 and Canadian Language Benchmark NCLC 1 to 12.
Valid for 2 years.
Q8: Can I retake the exam?
Yes. Minimum 20-day interval between registrations.
Q9: What should I bring on exam day?
Valid photo ID and exam confirmation voucher.
No phones, electronic devices, or dictionaries permitted.
Q10: What if I miss my exam?
No refund if absent without prior cancellation.
